Ampa Group returns to Anthropy 2026

Author: Sarah Walker-Smith

We’re thrilled to be returning to Anthropy26 as an official partner for the fourth year in a row.

Anthropy, which launched in 2022, will return at an even larger scale across three days from 25-27 March at the Eden Project in Cornwall.

Bringing together more than 2,000 leaders and influencers from across the country to explore how we improve the UK for the long term, Anthropy is a space to share ideas, build meaningful partnerships, influence policy and drive practical change – grounded in place and community.

Our sessions

The Power of &: Bringing together business and politics for a better Britain

Date: Wednesday, 25 March, 4-5pm

In an increasingly polarised world, collaboration matters more than ever. This panel discussion explores why the future depends on embracing “and, not or” – business and politics, cooperation and competition, differing views and shared purpose. Hear from leaders across sectors and parties as they discuss how partnership – not division – can drive meaningful change for Britain’s future.

The AmpaSand Club: Connecting voices to shape Britain’s future

Date: Friday, 27 March, 11am-12pm

Preview Ampa Group's new AmpaSand Club, a quarterly gathering at The Shard in London for businesses of all sizes, charities, politicians and changemakers. SMEs make up 99% of UK businesses. They are the majority, yet their voices are too often absent from national conversations. If we want to drive real change and meaningful collaboration, we need everyone in the room. This fast-paced, interactive session brings leaders together through structured speed networking designed to spark new relationships, share ideas and take collective action. It’s about the majority coming together to shape a better future for a better Britain. Join us to experience the power of connection – and why we’re stronger together.

Vibrant Places alliance sessions

We also chair the Vibrant Places Alliance – an Anthropy initiative focused on creating communities where everyone can thrive – so will also be hosting the following sessions at the conference:

Vibrant places: How to build happier, healthier and wealthier places

Date: Thursday, 26 March, 9.30-10.30am

Using real-life examples and inspired by the government’s Pride in Place programme, participants will learn how anyone can start transforming their community tomorrow – without waiting for permission. Part of this will be a “vibrant places baby shower”, where the delegates in the room will be challenged to put forward ideas and resources to help boost the examples being discussed, creating pledges to support them. Together, we’ll build an actionable playbook that businesses, local authorities and communities can use to create vibrant places.

Connect and collaborate: 5 minutes to a vibrant place

Date: Thursday, 26 March, 11am-12pm

In just 30 minutes, participants pair up for five-minute rounds to share what they and their organisations do, explore common goals and uncover new opportunities to collaborate. With bingo-ball pairings, conversation prompt cards and sticky note pledges, this session turns introductions into actionable commitments – so you leave not just inspired, but ready to make your place thrive.
